Central Blvd Attic Bathroom
Every good attic conversion needs its own bathroom — climbing downstairs at midnight shouldn’t be part of the equation. As part of our full attic build-out on Central Blvd, we beside the original brick chimney and built a complete bath under the roofline beside the original brick chimney: a walk-in shower with matte black fixtures, a butcher block vanity with vessel sink, mosaic tile floors, and a sliding barn door off the rustic pine hallway. Compact, full of character, and fully functional — the detail that makes the whole attic livable.
