Whole-home renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, garage and attic conversions, and new construction. Our typical project ranges from approximately $20,000 for a focused renovation to $175,000 or more for major additions and whole-home remodels.

Yes. We obtain the permits, schedule the inspections, and meet the inspector on site.

Both. If you have drawings, we can price them directly. If you do not, we perform most of our design work in house and can help you develop a plan that is functional, buildable, and appropriate for your budget.

In most cases, yes. We can provide a realistic range based on scope, square footage, and finish level so you can determine whether the project is feasible before investing in design. A firm price follows once we have enough detail to estimate accurately.

For items not yet selected, such as tile, fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry, we include an allowance in the contract and bill the actual cost. If your selections exceed the allowance, the difference is added to the contract. If they come in under, you receive the credit.

Any change to scope, materials, or finishes is documented and approved before the work is performed, including the revised price and any effect on the schedule.

In older homes this occurs regularly, including rot, water damage, and wiring that no longer meets current code. We stop work, show you what we found, price the repair as a change order, and obtain your approval before proceeding.

In many cases, yes, depending on the scope. If the work involves your only kitchen or only bathroom, we will discuss the timeline in advance so you can plan. We phase work where possible to keep the home usable.

We use floor protection and dust barriers, and we clean the work area at the end of each day.

You have direct access to us by phone or text, and you receive a client dashboard through Structur where you can view progress photos, daily logs, schedules, selections, and project documents. Updates are provided on a regular schedule.

One year on workmanship from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass directly to you.

We invoice every 2 weeks based on the percentage of work completed to date. Your contract defines the total project price before work begins, and each invoice reflects the portion of that work completed during the billing period.

Complete the estimate request form and we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a site visit. You will then receive a written proposal that defines the scope, price, and payment schedule.
