Custom Backyard Studio — Central Blvd, Wilmington
Our client wanted a true backyard studio — a bright, conditioned space for work and creative projects just steps from the main house. We built it from the ground up: slab, framing, and a vaulted roofline with skylights, wrapped in blue lap siding with a cedar shake gable. French doors and transom windows flood the interior with natural light, finished with a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, wood floors, and full electrical. From foundation to final coat, every detail was built to last by our crew.
